Dustan Woodhouse

President

Dustan has been running his own businesses for 30 years. He entered the mortgage business in June of 2008, just in time for the economic crisis, yet still managed to fund 95 files in 2009. In 2010 Dustan hired a truly amazing associate, and together they pushed the numbers as high as 237 files in a single year. 1,683 mortgages later, having written three books (Be The Better Broker Volumes 1,2 &3), as well as delivering dozens of presentations, all day workshops, small mastermind sessions, and hundreds of 1:1 coaching calls with Brokers and Agents alike Dustan has a comprehensive understanding of what it takes not only to survive, but to thrive in this industry.

Scott Musselman

Senior VP, Operations

With over 20 years of mortgage brokerage experience Scott has held progressive roles in finance, business development and operations. Having championed many strategic initiatives he has successfully overseen the deployment of proprietary technology projects, mortgage life and P&C insurance programs and operational mergers. His experience and leadership with lender partners, financial planner affiliate programs and broker centric business development drives his passion for bringing top level full-service value to the Mortgage Architects network.

Sangeeta Nair

VP Compliance

A consummate compliance professional, Sangeeta has over 25 years experience in the financial services industry evaluating and mitigating organizational risk. As an accredited mortgage professional Sangeeta has contributed to various industry initiatives by providing guidance and expertise on regulatory reforms and policy changes in the mortgage broker space. She served for four years on the Board of Mortgage Professionals Canada and remains active on industry focus groups and expert panels. In her previous roles she was a Personal Banking Manager that led her to the position of Director, Compliance that included being the Broker of Record in many provincial jurisdictions across Canada. With a track record of managing risk, regulatory audit and compliance, Sangeeta’s contributions to the protection of the consumer and consulting on practice management for mortgage brokers serves to strengthen the leadership team at MA.

Jodi Hiltz

VP Broker Relations

Jodi is a dedicated professional who is motivated with a unique combination of experience in Operational Leadership, Human Resources Management, Brokering and Lending. Jodi started in the mortgage industry as a broker with Mortgage Architects, then expanded her knowledge and skills by becoming the National Business Development Manager for Mortgage Architects’ private label mortgage suite, BluePrint. Jodi brings her talents to the entire lifecycle of the mortgage process and is most passionate about supporting you to be as successful you can be!

Sarah Schneider

VP Broker Relations

For over 10 years Sarah has progressive experience in the fields of communications and technology, with a special concentration on financial services. Most recently, Sarah worked as a Training and Communications Manager for Newton Connectivity System’s Velocity where she played a pivotal role in their award-winning growth, service and innovation. After completing her undergraduate and postgraduate degrees at the University of Western Ontario, Sarah worked in publicity for CTV’s Bell Media (Comedy Network and SPACE) in Toronto. Before landing in Vancouver and in the mortgage industry, Sarah spent 5 years overseas working as a communications and language trainer for companies including Ducati in Italy and South Korea.

Riadh Trigui

Senior VP, Broker Relations (Quebec)

Riadh graduated from the University of Sfax in Tunisia with a focus on Financial Management. He started his career at CITI GROUP, Tunisian Branch, as a Financial Advisor, eventually being promoted to Assistant Branch Manager where he held the role for nine years. Riadh has been an Accredited Mortgage Professional for more than 17 years in Canada, worked as a mortgage broker for three years and more than 10 years as a Regional Director and Director of Sales and Development at Multi Prêts Hypotheques. Throughout his career, Riadh has recruited, trained and coached hundreds of mortgage brokers and participated in the implementation of dozens of mortgage offices.
