Tracy Head Joins the Mortgage Architects Broker Network

Mortgage Architects is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Tracy Head as Lead Planner in Kelowna, B.C. Tracy, among other things, cites “training”, “the supportive culture of the MA team”, and “reputation” as key reasons for joining Mortgage Architects.

Tracy states:- “I am really excited to join the MA Family. I have heard from others about the amazing training and support available to MA brokers. Even from the outside I can see the supportive culture that encourages and supports ongoing learning”.

With a stellar work history, which includes 13 years with a major financial institution where she held a variety of positions including lending, Tracy spent the next 10 years working at CRA followed by 3 years as Regional Manager with Citizenship and Immigration. Tracy then ultimately returned to her first passion – mortgages, working as a successful mortgage broker with another network for the past 7 ½ years. Tracy credits much of her success as a mortgage broker to the training and exposure she received while working for the Federal Government; specifically, her stint managing 3 branch offices, where she received extensive training including how to manage budgets, staffing, communications, and effectively deal with conflict resolution – all, in her words, “super helpful” in preparing her for her role as a mortgage broker.

A consummate professional, Tracy has become a trusted and respected mortgage advisor to many satisfied clients over the past almost 8 years.
